Brownfields 2021 will take place from April 27-30, 2021.
The 2021 National Brownfields Training Conference will take place at the brand new Oklahoma City Convention Center located at 500 South Robinson Avenue, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73109.
At this time we are continuing to plan for an in-person conference in April 2021.
EPA and ICMA are closely monitoring the COVID-19 situation and are adapting our in-person conference experience in consideration of your health and safety. These changes include lower room capacity, social distancing signage, and more.
An abundance of discounted sleeping rooms will be available within walking distance to the Oklahoma City Convention Center. Housing, through the official housing agency, will be made available in early October.
A Brownfields Ask Me! Desk will be available during all registration hours at the Oklahoma City Convention Center.

The Brownfields 2021 Call for Ideas opens June 29, 2020 and closes on August 24, 2020. Click here to submit your idea.
Yes, CEUs for planning (AICP CM) and continuing legal education (CLE) for certain states will be offered. We will also assist attendees with self-reporting their credits for other disciplines. More information on how to obtain credits and which educational sessions are eligible will be available closer to the conference.

Exhibitors and Exhibit Hall
Exhibitors receive three (3) full conference registrations per 10×10 booth. Once an exhibiting company exceeds its allotted number of complimentary registrations, the exhibitor will be required to select one of the other paying exhibitor registration categories.
A separate exhibitor registration site will be available. Once the deposit payment has been received, an email with registration instructions will be sent.

Yes, all our exhibitors are considered conference attendees and are encouraged to join the educational programming, including registering for any Mobile Workshops and the Community Reception.
Accessibility, Parking and Transportation
The Oklahoma City Convention Center is located 10 miles (approx. 20 minutes) from Will Rogers World Airport (OKC).
Uber, Lyft, Taxis and Shuttles have separate pick-up locations at Will Rogers World Airport. Uber and Lyft, designated as TNC’s have a designated pick-up area on the upper level of the terminal, outside of the United Airlines ticket counter. The area is marked as “TNC Pick Up.”
From Will Rogers World Airport (OKC): Take Meridian North from Airport to I44E toward I40. Take the I40E highway toward downtown. Exit I40E on to Oklahoma City Blvd to S Robinson Avenue. Turn right on S. Robinson Avenue to arrive at the convention center complex.
From the East:From I44W take the highway into the city until you reach I35S exit. Take I35S to I44W and exit on Oklahoma City Blvd toward downtown. Turn left on S. Robinson Avenue to arrive at the convention center complex. From I40W, head toward downtown and exit onto Oklahoma City Blvd and continue toward downtown. Turn left on S. Robinson Avenue to Arrive at the convention center complex.
From the West:From I40E head toward downtown until you reach the Oklahoma City Blvd Exit. Take Oklahoma City Blvd to S. Robinson Ave and turn right for the convention center complex.
From I44E heads towards I40E. Take the I40E highway toward downtown. Exit I40E onto Oklahoma City Blvd. to S. Robinson Avenue. Turn Right on to St. Robinson Avenue to arrive at the convention center complex.
From the North:Head South on I35 toward Oklahoma City. When close to downtown, follow signs to head slight right toward I40W. From I40W take the Oklahoma City Blvd exit toward downtown. From Oklahoma City Blvd turn left on S. Robinson Avenue to arrive at the convention center complex.
From the South: Head North on I35 toward Oklahoma City. When close to downtown, just over the Oklahoma River, move into the left lane and take the exit for Oklahoma City Blvd. Continue on Oklahoma City Blvd to S. Robinson Avenue. Turn left on to S. Robinson Avenue to arrive to convention center complex.
Embark is the City of Oklahoma City’s public bus system. It currently does not serve the airport.
The Oklahoma City Streetcar serves the downtown area where the conference will be held. Learn more at www.okcstreetcar.com.
E-tickets for the Oklahoma City Streetcar, Embark, and Oklahoma City River Cruises can be purchased through the Token Transit app.
